it is said that 21 days will make or break a habit, be it good or bad. join me for this 21 day summer yoga immersion and discover the transformational power of a daily yoga practice. we will meet each weekday morning for a 75-minute all levels kripalu yoga practice (appropriate for all levels, including beginners). each weekend morning you will take what you've learned in class home, to develop your own personal practice.
in each class we will come together in community to steep in the practices of asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and mindfulness and to explore yoga and buddhist philosophy. these simple practices and teachings will help us to relax and energize the body & mind, become more present in each moment, and create deeper connection to self, spirit and community.
