Step out of the busyness and distraction of your daily life and nourish your soul with a weekend of yoga, mindfulness, self-inquiry and self-nurturing. Explore practices to help quiet your mind, open your heart and find your relaxed, joyful presence. You’ll leave refreshed and rejuvenated, with a number of practices to help you live with more presence, resilience and joy, as well as your own plan to feed your soul at home.

It's not always possible to travel to some exotic location for retreat, so I’m happy to offer this affordable, local retreat right here in Chelmsford.

Join us at Dance New England in North Chelmsford, (map) where we will explore yogic practices such asana( postures & physical practice), pranayama(breath and energy work), mantra (numinous sound, chant),  mudras(hand postures) and yoga nidra (yogic sleep, deep relaxation) as well as mindfulness, meditation, journal writing and practicing yoga off the mat.

yoga practice will be in the kripalu tradition, a gentle, meditative style of yoga, and will be appropriate for students of all levels.

workshop/event purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual for the same workshop/event or a studio credit,  if you notify us in writing (mjmarchand@gmail.com) at least 48 hours before the workshop/event. no other refunds will be given.
