Yoga classes are free & donations for some of our favorite local organizations will be gratefully accepted each week.
Learn more about the ancient tradition of yoga and explore strength, flexibility and relaxation with your toes in the grass and the sun on your face.
Please join us in this beautiful outdoor setting to celebrate summer and community in Lowell.
Each week we'll be joined by a different local organization - giving you the opportunity to support them and learn about the amazing work they're doing for Lowell.
Classes will be offered in the Kripalu Yoga tradition and Hatha yoga tradition. Modifications will be offered making this class appropriate for students of all levels - including beginners. Please bring a yoga mat, if you have one.
Many thanks to our friends at the Lowell National Historical Park for their help and support in running this class series!
