Join Bija Yoga to sow the seeds of well-being

Bija is the Sanskrit word for seed. In each moment we are planting the seeds of our future with our thoughts, actions and choices. Yoga and Meditation offer us the opportunity to relax the body, open the heart and bring clarity to the mind so we can begin to plant seeds for our future happiness, freedom and well being in each moment. 

My classes are designed with the beginner in mind and always include Yoga or Buddhist Philosophy and practices for taking your yoga practice off your mat and into your life. I teach with the intention of creating a welcoming atmosphere so that each student has the opportunity to dive deep, unfold, awaken and blossom, just like a seed. I teach in the transformational Kripalu Yoga tradition and offer livestream and in-person classes, private instruction and corporate yoga & meditation.
