Single class Drop-in / Day Pass for $16.00 - Includes access to all previous recordings and lessons for 24hrs. *To take the live Zoom class be sure to purchase the Day-Pass on the same day as class.

This is an all levels yoga class that's great for those who are brand new to yoga, as well experienced students seeking a deeper meditative experience.  This class emphasizes the mindful aspects of yoga - cultivating the qualities of deep attention, compassion and non-judgement. We take a mindful approach to asana (yoga postures) practice -taking time to warm up the body, cultivating a deep inner focus using breath and moving meditations. After some challenging postures and longer holds, we end with a long guided meditation. Each week we'll explore wisdom from the Yoga & Buddhist traditions to take our practice off the mat and into our lives. 

Includes:

*A live Zoom class each Wednesday at 6:30 PM. All classes will be available for unlimited streaming for 10 weeks.

*Weekly emails with information on each week’s lesson and bonus material will be emailed each week. (These are yours to keep).

*Practices for living Yoga ~ taking your Yoga off the mat and into your life.


This class is appropriate for students of all levels including beginners.
