All-Levels Kripalu Yoga
Tuesdays, 7:00-8:15 PM

This class will help you to find balance and achieve a new level of physical, emotional and mental well-being. The practice will be led in the Kripalu tradition and will be appropriate for beginners as well experienced students. Kripalu yoga is a gentle, meditative style of yoga, where each student is guided to move at their own pace, honoring their body's needs in each moment. The Kripalu approach to yoga is a compassionate, non-judgmental self-inquiry. Lots of options, modifications and challenges will be offered making this class appropriate for beginners and offering a deep experience for experienced students. Each class will include Yoga & Buddhist philosophy, poetry & soul-stirring music as well as pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures) and gentle vinyasa (flow of postures) capped off with a long, restful savasana(deep relaxation).

Early Morning Yoga
Fridays, 7:30-8:45 AM
* 5-week Session June 28 - August 1 (no class 7/5)*
Begin your day with intention & presence and awaken body, mind & soul with this all-levels early morning class. We'll ease our way to some energizing pranayama (breath work), a mindful flow, deeper postures and core work, followed by a guided deep relaxation. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace and modifications and deeper challenges will be offered, making this class appropriate for beginners as well as experienced students. You'll leave feeling energized, focused and ready for your day.
