All-Levels Kripalu Yoga

This class will help you to find balance and achieve a new level of physical, emotional and mental well-being. The practice will be led in the Kripalu tradition and will be appropriate for beginners as well experienced students. Kripalu yoga is a gentle, meditative style of yoga, where each student is guided to move at their own pace, honoring their body's needs in each moment. The Kripalu approach to yoga is a compassionate, non-judgmental self-inquiry. Lots of options, modifications and challenges will be offered making this class appropriate for beginners and offering a deep experience for experienced students. Each class will include Yoga & Buddhist philosophy, poetry & soul-stirring music as well as pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures) and gentle vinyasa (flow of postures) capped off with a long, restful savasana(deep relaxation).
